- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while balancing scope, budget, and timelines
- Partner with stakeholders and clients to present, sell, and deliver strategic creative solutions

- Manage client and vendor relationships, including estimates, contracts, and budgeting

- Identify efficiencies, recommend best practices, tools, and scalable processes
- Drive problem-solving through a strategy-first approach and identify opportunities for revenue growth
- Lead critiques, support recruiting, performance management, and accountability for team growth
- Stay current with design, digital, and social media trends to inform creative direction
