XCEL is a recent entrant in the light industrial staffing industry (temporary warehouse, assembly line and technical skilled roles). The owners desire was to build a company that breaks from the impersonal “cattle call” approach that characterizes most staffing firms in this niche. The company emphasizes personal attention to clients and care for the temporary workers it places, with financial results proving the approach.
While most staffing companies use cliche stock photography, we wanted to show the diverse group of individuals that they employ as well as the connecting to the corporate decision makers that would contract with them. We chose to set them apart by using bright images in a more illustrative and conceptual style. This allowed for a more unique approach in marketing that created and strong foundation for their brand.
The brand development process included:
- identity refinment
- style guide
- stationary system
- website design
