Identity design and tagline development for a luxury home builder

In order to build brand awareness, a consistent visual identity and messaging needed to be created that communicated the luxury and exclusivity of Moore’s product and service. Because this is appealing to a high end market, all communication pieces need to reflect that in every aspect; from the name, logo, tagline, messaging, printed materials and online recognition.

Solution: The first piece created was a new tagline that connected the impeccable craftsmanship that goes into every project by coming up with the tagline: Makers of Fine Homes. By using the name “Makers” we connected it to the large craft movement going on that values work created by skilled artisans. The identity created is a contemporary nod to the classic stamping style that would be used when a piece of work was completed. The mark also allows for expandability in pulling out the “M” as an art element and symbol that is easily identifiable on different mediums.
